Board Member Biography

Michael E. Madrigal

USPS Vice Co-Chair

Michael has been employed by the United States Postal Service for over 25 years. He has held positions in Customer Service, Retail, Finance, Information Technology, and spent 3 years detailed to USPS Headquarters in Washington DC. Michael was most recently promoted to the position of Retail Manager for the Sierra Coastal District. He brings a wealth of knowledge and energy to the Van Nuys PCC.
